Welcome to The Last Peg, developed and operated by NoteX Studios ("NoteX", "we", "us", or "our").

4. FAIR PLAY
You agree to play The Last Peg fairly.
You must not use cheats, exploits, unauthorized software, bots, scripts, hacks, modifications, or other methods intended to obtain an unfair advantage.
You must not attempt to interfere with the Services, servers, matchmaking, networking, security systems, or other players' experiences.
If we identify serious or repeated violations, we may restrict or terminate access to the Services.
5. PLAYER CONDUCT
When using online features, you agree to behave respectfully toward other players.

• Impersonate NoteX Studios or another player.

Voice chat and other communication features may be moderated, reported, restricted, or removed where necessary.
6. GAME CONTENT
All game content, including but not limited to:

• Characters and avatars

• Maps and environments

• Game mechanics

• Artwork and animations

• Audio and music

• Logos and branding

• Text and graphics

• Software and code

is owned by or licensed to NoteX Studios and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the game content only as part of the Services and for personal, non-commercial gameplay unless we give you permission otherwise.
You may not copy, redistribute, sell, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit our content except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
7. VIRTUAL ITEMS AND CURRENCY
The game may contain virtual currency, cosmetic items, progression features, or other digital content.
Unless otherwise stated, virtual items and currency have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money.
We may change, remove, or rebalance virtual items, currency, progression systems, or other game features.
